  That's auto body shop is a joke! Apparently they don't want my business. I was involved in a rear end collision where I needed my rear bumper replaced and painted. I went in for an estimate and of course yes they gave me a reasonable rate comparable to other places.
  
  I submitted the information to my insurance company and they cut me a check to have the vehicle repaired at this location in addition to coordinating a rental vehicle. I contacted Steve stymeist over two weeks to schedule when to bring my vehicle in for repair after leaving several emails, voice mails and messages with other people informing me that they would have my estimator return my call I still get no response.
  
  I understand I'm not the only person with a vehicle collision but a courtesy phone call of five minutes to schedule a day for me to come in and drop off my vehicle would have been nice.
